Explosion at dinner

The other night at dinner, Eva (my mama) opened a large bottle of carbonated water (which I have with dinner every night.) To her surprise, the water exploded out of the bottle--and I mean exploded. It was too strong and fast for her to put the lid back on and a stream of water shot into the air and covered everything. The table, our food, the floor, and our clothes were soaking wet. Eva and I just sat and laughed for awhile before cleaning up and eating dinner.
