Getting in trouble at the UNED...

When we went on the walk with the other Calvin group on Friday I was trying really hard to talk in Spanish with Anna R. At dinner that night, I had a legit. conversation with my mama, and she complemented my Spanish. It was a high point of my week! The next day I was with Anna at the UNED and we were working on our presentation for class. We reverted to English, because it was getting really frustrating trying to get things done in Spanish. A man that works at the UNED and helps with the Calvin program heard us. He came over and was telling us to talk in Spanish, and something about writing our names down to give to our professor. He didn't actually take our names, but it was still a really frustrating experience. Especially since Anna and I had been working so hard to speak Spanish up until that point. At dinner that night my mama said that she knew him, and thought that he was joking. If he was joking, he has the driest sense of humor of anyone I've ever met.
